Rookie Los Angeles cop Nick Styles is at a Los Angeles street fair, where hit man Earl Talbot Blake pulls a double cross on some drug dealers, killing four men. Minutes later, Nick shoots Blake in the knee, and Blake is grabbed by Nick's partner and best friend Larry Doyle. Nick becomes the focus of the media, thanks to an amateur cameraman's footage of Nick disarming Blake. Over the next few years, Nick's career takes off: he's offered a job in the district attorney's office, and his hip media style keeps him in the public eye. Nick marries a woman named Alice and they go on to have two daughters named Lisa and Monica. While Blake is in prison, he vows revenge on Nick. When Blake comes up for parole, he orchestrates a bloody escape — which includes faking his own death. Blake doesn't want Nick dead. He just wants Nick to suffer in spades. He wants to ruin Nick's life as completely as possible, and then have Nick sent to prison for murder so Nick will know how Blake feels. Blake begins his vendetta by killing city councilman U. B. Farris and planting evidence to make everyone think Nick and Farris are running an underage pornography ring. Blake then kidnaps Nick, forces him to take drugs and have sex with a prostitute, videotapes the whole thing, and then releases Nick. Nick tells everyone that it was Blake who kidnapped him, but everyone refuses to believe Nick because everyone thinks Blake is dead. That night, Blake breaks into Nick's house, and makes a threatening videotape with Lisa, Monica, and an ax in it, but Blake didn't actually do anything to Lisa and Monica. Nick is then suspended from the DA's office, with everyone thinking that Nick is mentally ill because he keeps saying that Blake is still alive. Blake then begins the final phase of his vendetta — he kills Larry and frames Nick for it. Blake also links Nick to misappropriation of public funds, specifically, the funds he's supposed to be raising for a children's center in a building at the base of the Watts tower. Nick is forced to turn to his childhood friend, gang leader Odessa, for help in clearing his name and stopping Blake once and for all.

Ricochet is a thriller that stars Denzel Washington, John Lithgow, and Ice-T! It does not really mean much if you have not seen it. I will mention a few things really steals the show as though.Lithgow here puts on a great performance as a villain very mean! There is a small scene of sex and nudity in a bit of a bard, but it really does not show what long.The music by Alan Silvestri is excellent! I love it when the music starts worrying when Lithgow appears in some scenes.There some are really intense moments.Jesse Ventura is in the movie, while for a child and not his character look different from others in its previous movies.Washington and ice are not very fresh good.Anyway a film directed by Russell Mulcahy! If you have not seen before Ricochet now is the time to check it out!

This is a typical movie Denzel Washington: well-acted, rough language, a racial issue and a story that has engaged their interest. Many of his films fit those categories. Washington plays a preacher of the child and its nice to see who has the respect of him.So many times, Hollywood portrays parents, and especially clerics in a bad light. John Lithgow is the villain and a madman is above the top of Loon's fun to do. There are no lulls in this story, however, the action scenes not too much. It becomes predictable in the end but I like the analogy to the movie in the classic film "White Heat." I'm sorry to see a couple of things: once again, the targets are all fanatics, Lindsay Wagner, television of the nice lady from the past, now using very profane in Spanish and looking tough. In general, this is sometimes seen as a "B" action movie more than one class, but it remains an interesting film of the crime that some sports different angles. It may not be a Washington best-known efforts, \, but still entertaining.

Drama starring Denzel Washington and John Lithgow. Nick Styles (Washington) is a rookie police that captures the very sadistic Earl Blake (Lithgow), in an unusual way. The publicity surrounding the arrest Styles and his partner were promoted to deceive and within 2 years became deputy DA. However, Blake rots in prison for attacking everyone and anything that gets in their way thinking about getting revenge on Styles. Soon after escaping fighting some fool in jail (samurai sword fighting style in what seems the dining room, with books tied to each other as protection) and set Styles in a real way of Hollywood. Washington was the climax of the movie, although Lithgow is really over the top of Hollywood bad.

Denzel Washington, a police officer in the law school basketball is playing with the neighborhood toughs. He achieved fame as the drug trade nature, very well played by John Lithgow, who by their actions of a psychopath, put a new dimension in its ability to act. Washington has done as the years pass. Lithgow plots in prison, while revenge and violently broken into his parole hearing. He turns the tables on Washington in several ways, including the death of his friend and fellow officer, played by Kevin Pollak pleasant. Washington is guilty of the massacre. He kidnaps Denzel and outbreaks of drugs in his system and gives you a prostitute. The two finally tangle at the top of a zone of high before ending the obvious occurs. A good story can move evil madman out by events.

This movie rocks! The dual cat and mouse game played by Lithgow and Washington works. If you are looking for an action movie that offers a lot of emotion, conflict, drama, persecution, and suspense and impressive, in fact, has a plot, then this movie is for you. Washington Lithgow and both are first-rate, as always, and this film does not disappoint. Beware! From *** ****
