| This is a direct to video release that should be sent directly to the trash. It is not good even in an ironic way. I must admit though, I've only seen about 20 minutes of this "movie" and then left. The rapid editing in choppy early in the movie was enough for me to make my decision. I see a lot of movies and trust my opinion. I jumped ahead a few chapters to see if anything of value that passes, which remains the same litter. I tried the audio commentary. It seems that they were going for a little action, some comedy, some 80 of the feel and, of course, the horror. The result is a very, very far cry from nothing as American Werewolf in London, silver bullet, or ginger snaps. The horror and action movies from the 80's that the creators of this movie were modeling is not trying to be classics, which just happened to be good films that remain timeless. Better luck next time the creators of Lobo: Hell Hound. |
| I have the DVD of wolf, the devil dog, and I was really waiting to see, but let me tell you - this is one of the worst films to be seen. I've seen in the voting of history that almost 40% of the votes were 10 out of 10, all I can assume is that the votes were inserted by members of the cast and crew! Let's start with the performance, which borders from bad to absolutely atrocious, almost embarrassing to see!. Put it this way you will not be seeing any of these people in the next Spielberg / Scorsese production! The film itself, so I was going to turn it off after 10 minutes, I want my boy. - I started to write this review an hour and ten minutes, is a pain-inducing 89 minutes! I know this is a film of DTV, but that only made him feel bad, fast unsteady camera work in all kills, so do not get to see much - do not let you off this movie DTV movies, there are a lot of good out there. The gore, and there is gore, but most just threw red paint on the walls, and props terrible mannequin limbs torn off, but it's just not effective or creative. Believe me that this was watching the Sci-Fi Channel or Zone Terror in the near future - do not spend a penny in this film .... It's bullshit. The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is for good cover art - Unable to fool! You have been warned !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
| I give this a 3 because I expected much more than it gave. I work at Blockbuster and I have to see this movie for free. Thank God for that because I do not want anyone to waste money on this film. The opening scene looks like a semi-high-tech version of paint ball and air soft. The monster looks like the Yeti. The blood seems to ketchup. The acting is horrible. When the main character is bitten it seems as if the monster scratched his hand. This may be my imagination, but after the guy who is turning into a wolf is bitten, his vision is better and pulled his glasses, but after it looks as if it were another person and not the original actor. * The original coughYETIcough8 wolf and man becomes a wolf communicate through dog / wolf-like Whin. I would have given the film on January 1, but there was a rave in it. In addition, there are some certain segments of 30 seconds which is good. Overall, this is clearly an independent film, and badly done. I will not even go into the final, because it almost seems as if it was turned into a parody at the end. The final minutes were the most disappointing moments of the entire movie. The wolf that was shot is with a tranquilizer by his mother and wakes up 30 seconds later completely healed. Spare your money and your friends to hire you. |
| The first three quarters of this movie is a bore. The pace is so slow that it is very difficult to maintain interest. No action, horror, comedy or drama here stale static figures going through the motions. Some might call this plot development, but that could be wrong. If you stick with the movie of what you get in the last quarter is an over-the-top goofy mix of everything from robot warriors and the emergence of an incompetent fool and comic-book style action hero to an alien a kidnapping and fireworks end. This is misclassified as a horror movie. Red paint splashed on a white wall is not afraid. The "wolf" looks like a sheepdog with an ugly face that needs grooming, of course, that could be the actor's true face --- it is difficult to tell the camera, because the work is so unstable. This is a movie to avoid. |
